Programme: Professional Adviser Fact-finding boot Camp - October 2014
Description: Fact finding boot camp This is a complete adviser soft skills development event. The programme is designed for advisers who will benefit from a truly immersive learning & development experience. Led by expert facilitators & assessors, conversational fact-finding equips attendees with the soft skills required to conduct highly effective fact-find meetings with clients and in doing so, write more business and deliver better client outcomes. The event is delivered over two full days in order to minimise time away from the business. If required, group events can be tailored to meet specific organisational requirements. Weekend events can also be facilitated.

Qualification requirements; Advisers should have completed/be nearing completion of the applicable technical qualification required for their role. Concessions are available.

Content overview: Our Fact-finding Boot Camp comprises a balanced mix of theoretical and practical sessions that equip financial advisers with the essential soft skills required to 'know your client'.
In order to gain the maximum benefit from this programme we ask that advisers attend with an open mind, the drive to apply themselves at 100% throughout the course and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for their clients.

Advisers attending the Fact-finding Boot Camp will:
  • develop deeper adviser - client relationships

  • understand buying psychology and soft-fact questioning techniques
